ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2024 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the respondent Bank by way of representation dated 20.10.2023 and 31.10.2023. This Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be served if a direction is given to the respondent Bank to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders for extending the time period of the O.T.S. granted to the petitioner.

2. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any
