1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to grant First and second Assured Carrier Progression since 06.12.2011 and 06.12.2021 respectively.

(b) The Respondents are further be directed to pay the entire arrears of difference of salary and consequential benefit from the dues of his entitlement of A.C.P./M.A.C.P."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif for redressal of his aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.5034 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, before the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, he shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
