The present writ petition seems to be completely misconceived and untenable. The impugned consequential order was passed on 29.7.2013 pursuant to the order passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C. If the petitioners were at all aggrieved with the original order passed by the respondent S.D.O., Bakhri under Section 144 Cr. P.C. with respect to the lands in question, then they ought to have challenged that order before the Revisional authority. Admittedly, they have not challenged the main order passed with respect to the lands in question. In that view of the matter, the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioners is completely misconceived and cannot be granted.
