ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the authorities have not paid the amount due to the petitioner, even though he has completed the contract by 28.05.2021. Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that the petitioner may be directed to make a fresh representation to the authorities concerned, when such a representation will be made, the same shall be considered by the concerned authorities. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation seeking payment of the amount due as per Annexure-4, the authority concerned is directed to consider the same on its own merits and pass necessary orders and pay the amounts to the petitioner.
