Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Jehanabad PS Case No. 572 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 435, 427, 337 and 307 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner and other coaccused made an attempt on the life of the informant and also damaged window plank of the vehicle of the informant. Submission is that the petitioner there is no injury to the informant, another co-accused Mahendra Choudhary has been admitted to bail by this court and the petitioner is in custody since 25.9.2017. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Niraj Chaudhary @ Niraj Paswan @ Niraj Kumar Netwa is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bo nds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge lst Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad PS Case No. 572 of 2017.
