JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to accept recommendation dated 27.07.2012 of the evaluation committee for time bond promotion of the petitioner from the post of typist-cum-clerk to Junior Selection grade (1400-2300) due on 06.11.1991 & from Junior Selection grade to Senior Selection grade (1400-2600) due on 06.11.1995 with retrospective effect and grant its consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his aforesaid grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 2.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9838 of 2015(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
