The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner came at the house of the informant and assaulted her son and when the informant came to save her son, she was molested. The accused persons also assaulted the informant and other family members and damaged the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There was a dispute with regard to transaction of money between the parties. The injury has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.01.2023. Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022.
