2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.07 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 303(2), 62, 109(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner has been caught committing theft and when the police raided the place of occurrence the accused persons are said to have fired at the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been assaulted badly and has got skull fracture. The petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2025 and he

5. Considering the medical condition of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-1, Darbhanga/concerned Court below, in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.07 of 2025.

7. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Manigachhi Police Station, Darbhanga on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
