Versus

The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Uday Chand Prasad For the Respondent/s : Mr. AAG6- ANJANI KUMAR =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-04-2016 Heard parties.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 21.03.2014 passed by the District Magistrate, Madhepura. It appears that the petitioner has approached before this Court without availing the statutory provision of appeal. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority by filing statutory appeal. If the same is filed along with a petition for condoning the delay, let the same be considered in accordance with law by the appellate authority and while doing that, it will also consider the period during which the petitioner's present application has remained pending.
