2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 504, 354 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and 8 of POCSO Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons used to harass and misbehave with minor victim. From perusal of impugned order, it appears that notice was issued to the victim who appeared in the Court below and supported the prosecution case and stated that petitioner is still misbehaving with her even after institution of this case .
