JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file a fresh objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 and till the passing of the final order by the Certificate Officer, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner herein. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh objection before the Certificate Officer Mines, Patna Circle, Patna in connection with Certificate Case No.512 of 2007-08 within a period of four weeks from today and till the passing of the final order by the Certificate Officer, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
