JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel, appears and submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of the informant. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.217 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 323 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torturing the daughter of the informant by her husband (petitioner) and other in-laws for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand and also compelling the daughter of the informant to left her matrimonial house with her daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.18148 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant, took the daughter of the informant at his house before one and half month and, now, both are leading their conjugal life happily. Learned counsel for the informant also conceded the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in the district of Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.217 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
