This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 09.02.2012 passed in Criminal Revision No.436 of 2008/23 of 2010, whereunder the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Gopalganj, dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the petitioner, affirming the order dated 18.06.2008 passed in Misc. Case No.1498 of 2007 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gopalganj, dropping the proceeding of Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure initiated on the basis

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42644 of 2013 dt.17-03-2016 2/2 of the petition of the petitioner.

3. From perusal of the impugned orders, I find no illegality therein calling for interference with the same in an extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of this Court. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
