Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63638 of 2017 (3) dt.13-03-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chapra Nagar (Town) Police Station Case No.386 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
