In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bijaypur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014. Allegation has been made that the petitioner had engaged in selling illegally kerosene oil and recovery of one thousand liter kerosene oil was made.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no antecedent against the petitioner.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory

No.37023 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gopalganj in connection with Bijaypur P.S. P.C. and if the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case, the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order, including cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
