28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 334/2018, G.R. No. 7315/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested from his house on 30.06.2018 and was remanded on 02.07.2018. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from village Khagaul Lakh situated 05 KM away from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal history. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present.

No.52530 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances wherein it is stated that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been involved in this case after recording his confessional statement, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. cum Sub-Judge - XV, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 334/2018, G.R. No. 7315/2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
