Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 364, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioner is not named initially in the FIR but subsequently, their name have surfaced on the basis of some statements, made by one, Md. Jamiluddin, whose slipper is said to have been recovered near the place from where the dead body was recovered. It is submitted that one other co-accused, Md. Azad whose name has also been brought in subsequently, has already been extended privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 25-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6479 of 2015. Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.33181 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 circumstances and also that petitioners, case stands on similar footing to that of co-accused who has already been extended privilege of bail, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
