The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he disappeared the employment register of teachers.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that as a matter of fact DEO, Buxar had kept the register in question in her custody and after her suspension she handed over the same to the RDD, Patna which is on record as Annexure-5. He further submits that with respect to disappearance of register, petitioner has replied the show cause

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19881 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 issued to him. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 308 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
