2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.800 of 2023, arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No.385 of 2021 lodged under Sections 489(A)(B)(C)(D) and 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected thrice i.e., vide orders dated 03.08.2022, 05.01.2024 and 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.18042 of 2022, 68836 of 2023 and 41890 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2021 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22144 of 2025(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 for bail and submits that the present case is relating to fake currency notes and the allegation of doing the business of the same is against the petitioner.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, it transpires to this Court the matter is relating to fake currency notes which directly hits the economy of the country. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
