JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 4.5.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 19548 of 2017 with an observation to learned trial court to expedite the trial as there is allegation against the petitioner of firing and causing death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for one year and trial has not been concluded as yet.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
