The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., on 27.06.2021, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused including these petitioners were forcibly constructing the house on the land of the informant and on protest, all the accused persons abused and assaulted him, as a result of which, the informant and his son sustained injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20627 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 dispute between the parties, simple Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. The injury is simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Choutham P.S. Case No. 141 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
