2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020 in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 33.84 litres of countrymade liquor from a motor-cycle. As a matter of fact, the said country-made liquor belonged to co-accused Rupesh Kumar who had taken lift on the motor-cycle of the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 20.01.2020, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16579 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumExcise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
