Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 156 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, co-accused Navneet Kumar was making hue and cry being under the influence of intoxicant and when the informant attempted to drove him away from his door, he called other accused persons including the present petitioner and they came equipped with arms. The further allegation is that they misbehaved with the female members and assaulted them

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that that the allegation of making hue and cry in drunken condition is against co-accused Navneet Kumar and not against the present petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 156 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned herein above, failing which the matter shall be brought to notice of this Court.
