JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Udwantnagar PS Case No. 182. of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 302, 201, 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's son went to marked on a motorcycle and thereafter not returned back. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of one Jagpati Devi, who admitted in her confessional statement that she killed informant's son for the reason of having illicit relationship with her. The only disclosure against the petitioner is that he helped her in disposal of the motorcycle. Moreover, Jagpati Devi who has admitted to have killed the informant's son has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 53803 of 2017 and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 26.7.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arjun Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar PS Case No. 182 of 2017.
