JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Consumer Forum having appropriate jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case a complaint is filed before the appropriate Consumer Forum within a period of four weeks from today, the complaint of the petitioner would be decided on merits without the learned Court being impeded by the issue of limitation.
