JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and several others is that they entered inside the police station and damaged the government property and also set the vehicle on fire and petitioner and others were later on identified. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a lady and has falsely been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to her. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20184 of 2019(4) dt.24-06-2019 2/2 this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Shambhuganj P.S.
