Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 429, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that on the firing made by the petitioner the injury was caused on the leg of the cow of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a compromise petition.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 352 of 2013, pending in the Court of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32561 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
