JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. case no. 52 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was registered against four unknown persons. The name of the petitioner has been transpired in the instant case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2018, but he was not put on Test Identification Parade. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner or from his house.
