The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019 dated 14.10.2019

instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 188, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Bihar Control of the use of Loudspeakers Act. It appears from the FIR that there was some scuffle between the members of two Akharas and a procession was taken out in derogation of the directive by the District Magistrate of the area. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been named in the FIR, but without any specific accusation. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and taking into account their clean antencedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S.
