Learned Counsel for the Bihar Mahadalit Mission submits that the petitioner has chosen wrong forum and under the respective rule the liberty is available to the petitioner to move before the Director, Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission, Patna, but instead thereof he has filed representation before the District Magistrate which is a wrong forum.

3. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to move before respondent No.2, the Director, Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission, Patna.
