The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barahara (Sinha OP) P.S.Case No. 341 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that accused persons on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry alleged to have killed the informant's daughter.

Submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and mother-in-law of the deceased has been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order date 06.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 57178 of 2017 and petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity. Learned counsel further submits that husband is in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62921 of 2017(4) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the fact that the case of the petitioner is similarly situated to mother-in-law, so petitioner namely Raj Kumar Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barahara (Sinha OP) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2016.
