26-09-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on page-2 of the order dated 20.09.2018 there is a typographical error that "petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2017" whereas it should be read as "petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2017".
It is further pointed out that in the last paragraph of the order the fact that "the other co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail and this petitioner being the father-in-law has been made accused along with other persons of the family on the allegations in respect of which now the investigation is complete" is a typographical error, and it should be corrected as "that the other co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail and this petitioner has been made accused falsely and on false allegations in respect of which now the investigation is complete" be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51867 of 2018 (3) dt.26-09-2018 substituted.
Let the aforesaid correction be carried on in the order dated 20.09.2018 and be read accordingly as stated above.
