JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S.Case No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354-A, 504, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is case and counter case and members of both side sustained injuries. He submitted that the injuries sustained by Malti Devi were all simple in nature. He also submitted that the petitioner is uncle of the informant and is aged about 71 years and having got roots in the society has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the submissions made above, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.772 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Aa.C.J.M.-V, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S.Case No. 75 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
