JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed of in light of the statement made by the respondents in their counter affidavit in paragraph no. 8 which is reproduced herein below:- "8.That it is further to submit that the Department of Labour Resources has already requested to the Health Department with a copy of writ petition for taking necessary steps in the matter, vide memo no. 2199 dated 26.07.16."

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12335 of 2016(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 9 for redressal of his grievances and in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 9 within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 9 shall address the grievance of the petitioner and do the needful within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
