JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2021 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a contempt petition bearing M.J.C. No. 3658 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 14.10.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the Court file could not be physically examined, hence the defects could not be removed,

Patna High Court MJC No.924 of 2020(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 thus some time may be given for removal of the same. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, the present petition is allowed and it is directed that the aforesaid contempt petition bearing M.J.C. No. 3658 of 2019 be restored to its original file, however, subject to removal of defects by physical mode, within a period of four weeks from today.
