In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, the grievance raised by the petitioner has been accepted to be correct and they are taking necessary steps in this regard after obtaining approval of the Board. Meeting of the Board has to be convened in the last week of April, 2016. Writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board that the necessary correction will be made as per their stand, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
