Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Industrial Area P.S. Case No.195 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 353, 323, 307, 332, 504, 506, 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, ASI of Industrial Area PS, alleged that while he and other police officials were on patrolling duty, they got information that Lakhindra Bhagat, accused of Industrial Area P.S. Case No.94 of 2018, was present in his house. The informant sent information to his higher officials and proceeded to arrest Lakhindra Bhagat. Lakhindra Bhagat was apprehended but his wife, Kiran Devi started crying and called her neighbours. The crowd snatched Lakhindra Bhagat from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17726 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 custody of the police. It is further alleged that the crowd pelted stones.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case only because she happens to be the wife of Lakhindra Bhagat. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.195 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
