In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No.79 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 348, 323, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner has entered into the house and started committing indecent act with the informant and pressed her mouth and when she raised alarm, the mother-in-law came and he also misbehaved with her. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
