The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 472, 414, 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the nature of allegation no case is made out against the petitioner on the contrary this is a case of tax evasion and at best there must follow a procedure prescribed for recovery of tax. Learned counsel for the State after perusing the case diary submits that it is a case of tax evasion.
