JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2019 Though the matter has been listed with certain office notes pointing out certain defects, considering the facts and circumstances, the case has been heard on merits, ignoring those defects, in the interest of justice.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9854 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 An order of the Deputy Director Consolidation (Headquarters), Patna, dated 25.05.2017, passed in Revision Case No.219 of 2014 is under challenge in the present writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It is not the case of the petitioner, as is evident from the grounds taken, that the order, which has been passed, is beyond jurisdiction or in breach of the principles of natural justice. The petitioner has alternative remedy of approaching the Bihar Land Tribunal against the order impugned, which he has not done.

This application is, thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal and if he does so, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
