====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 44/2018, S. Tr. No. 275/2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is apparent from the F.I.R. itself that there is no injury on the person of informant. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is also alleged in the written report that informant got information that accused is keeping illicit liquor, but there is no recovery of any illicit liquor from possession of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge Xth, Patna in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 44/2018, S.Tr. No. 275/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
