2. The present writ application has been preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 25.01.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Danapur, Patna (Respondent No.6), cancelling the license of the P.D.S. Shop of the petitioner (Annexure-8 to this writ application).

3. It appears that the said order is appealable under Rule 32(3) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016,

4. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed being not maintainable. However, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by filing an appeal against the aforesaid order dated 25.01.2019 within three weeks from today and if the appeal is filed by the petitioner, the competent authority shall dispose of the same within 90 days of filing of the appeal by the petitioner.
