Patna High Court CWJC No.6930 of 2020(5) dt.23-02-2023 2/3 order dated 05.11.19 issued by SubDivisional Public Grievance Redressal officer, Gaya Whereby and whereunder compensation of Rupees Four Lakhs has been denied to be awarded to the family of victims of heatstroke in the District of Gaya, and further for setting aside appellate appellate order passed in appeal bearing no435110101101905887/IA dated 08.11.19 which was heard and rejected by the Divisional Commissioner-Cum-Appellate Authority, Magadh Division, Gaya on 5.12.2019 and/or issuance of appropriate writ/writs, or grant of other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be deemed entitled under the law in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to pursue his claim before the respondent authorities. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed
