JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present application is for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorary for quashing the appointment of respondent no. 4 on which he is appointed on the compassionate ground after death of his wife but without following the procedure and he was also above aged at without passing by the concern authority with respect to he is also on the basis of by forged certificate and although he was not trained he has

Patna High Court CWJC No.15900 of 2014(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 taken the advantage of I.A. training and also he has received the salary of I.A. trained teacher which he is not permissible and further a writ in the nature of mandamus be issued directing the concerned authorities to hold an enquiry and after result of the enquiry report the concern authorities who has appointed the respondent no. 4 be punished accordingly and action be taken against respondent no. 4 also."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
