The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57590 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender of petitioner. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender of the petitioner named above is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.76 of 2021, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Siwan, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24983 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 The order dated 30.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57590 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
