The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mallehpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 103 and 104 of Indian Trade Mark Act, 1999 and under different Sections of the Copy Right Act.

The informant, an enquiry officer of Dabur India Company inspected the shop of the petitioner situated in Jamui and found that the petitioner was selling duplicate Amla oil. From the shop of the petitioner stickers and Dabur Amla oil empty bottle etc. were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The petitioner has got no shop, but he has falsely been

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Mallehpur P.S.
