2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 448, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Without going into the merit of the case, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail.

4. The learned Court below is directed to pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law considering the fact that there is compromise between the
