This application has been filed challenging the order dated 05.05.2015 passed by the S.D.J.M., Danapur, District- Patna, in Complaint Case No. 1508 of 2014, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under sections 323, 341 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

After going through the F.I.R. and the impugned order of cognizance, it appears that a prima facie case is made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31865 of 2015(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 out against the petitioners. Further, the stage of the case is not known to the petitioners.

In view of the above, this quashing petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to raise all their grounds at appropriate stage.
