JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to make payment of the outstanding due amount totalling to a sum of Rs. 48,692/- for the work done by the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the Panchayat Sewak i.e. the Executing Agency has given a written statement that he has received a sum of Rs. 1,05,000/- and he has got no further claim as far as the connected scheme is concerned. Thus, the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents is that as far as the State Government is concerned, the admissible amount has already been paid.
