This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 476 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant with pistol and took away his mobile and cash worth Rs. 4 Lakhs and Bike.

Petitioner is one of the persons who was involved in the crime and this fact is corroborated from recovery in the loot. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
